At BNG boot camp we like to place a big emphasis on exercises that target those stubborn area’s like the tummy, hips and thighs, while working and toning the entire body. We like to incorporate strength, cardio, core and functional exercises which assist in rapidly improving overall fitness. Over winter we are indoors at Watsonia primary school hall. This newly built hall is extremely spacious with full amenities and ample parking. Spring see’s us head outdoors at Binnak Park Oval in Watsonia North.
Our boot camp instructors are fully qualified and highly experienced in motivating and driving you to achieve your fitness goals. BNG is suitable for all fitness levels catering for the absolute beginner right through to the highly fit individual. Safety comes first for us, unlike many other boot camps, we will never force you do something you are not capable of.
